Shareaza is an excellent and powerful software for file sharing that can really compete with eMule and as regards the functionality and performance.
Shareaza is completely free and does not include advertising or various pitfalls and is only available for Windows. The strength of this software is the ability to connect to the 4 major P2P networks present on the internet today and that is: EDonkey2000, Gnutella, BitTorrent and Gnutella2 (G2).
Another interesting feature of this software for file sharing is “Collections. ” As the name implies, Shareaza allows to group album in some containers, called collections.
Shareaza is a very intuitive to use and the GUI can be changed using the many skins made for this software. The P2P client obviously does not lack all the features of file sharing programs such as filters, search engine, bandwidth limitations and previews.
